Please be aware that some navigation systems will not give you the right directions to our hotel. It makes sense to enter Bäckerstraße 19, 38640 Goslar , instead of Münzstraße.

Guests arriving by car should proceed along Bäringerstraße and then turn left onto Marktstraße. Pay attention! Immediately after the HKW Miele outlet, you should turn left onto Marstalllstraße and then right onto Bäckerstraße. The next street on the right is Münzstraße. Safe travels!

We can offer you a parking space for €12.00 per night, depending on availability.

Check-in: from 3.00 pm
Check-out: by 11.00 am

Reception: 7.30 am to 9.00 pm

Kindly take note that our reception is only staffed until 9.00 pm. We politely request that you contact us by 7.30 pm if you will arrive later.

Guests can enjoy our sumptuous breakfast buffet daily (also on Sundays or public holidays) from 7.00 to 10.30 am.

Opening hours: 

Tuesday – Saturday 6.00 pm to midnight. 

The bar and beer garden are closed on Sundays and Mondays. 

Of course, our Anno 2018 bar at the restaurant is open for business every day while the restaurant is serving.

Dogs are allowed at our hotel, but you should contact us in advance. Kindly enquire before making your booking.  We charge €10.00 for your dog, not including food.

Arrival after 21:00 is not a problem.

Best Price of the Day

Cancellations and changes made 3 days prior to the arrival date are free.

We charge 80% of the Best Price of the Day for late cancellations, changes and no-shows. 

Non-cancellable room bookings/guaranteed room bookings

The full price of a guaranteed booking must be paid in advance; these bookings cannot be cancelled free of charge.

No more than 10% of the booking price will be refunded for late cancellations, changes and no-shows.

Holiday apartments

Bookings for our holiday apartments can be cancelled without charge up to 3 weeks (21 days) prior to arrival. A deposit payment may be charged.

Verspätete Stornierungen, Änderungen sowie Nichtanreisen werden mit 80 % des Buchungspreises berechnet. 

December rate

All bookings for December must be cancelled 3 weeks (21 days) prior to arrival.
